Capsule Wardrobe: Fall 2016 Ginger Collection
Ginger Collection
This is the 5th capsule wardrobe I have put together. I am trying to figure out a way to make the title more creative. I thought it would be a good idea to start giving each one a name. For some reason I cannot get Ginger out of my head therefore capsule wardrobe is named the Fall 2016 Ginger Collection.
Some of my favorite colors are shown in this capsule – rust, denim, purple, olive, charcoal and wine. Usually I’ll include distressed jeans, skirts and dresses in the capsules I create. You always want to accentuate your biggest asset with the clothes you wear. I have larger hips and a smaller waist so I want to drawn attention away from my hips and bring it to my waist. That is why I choose a lot of shirts that hug the waist but they need to be materials that flatter. Usually they have a little bit of spandex in them because that material is more forgiving when you have a little extra going on. This capsule wardrobe is good for women with a pear or hourglass shape.
By creating your own capsule wardrobe you can be more efficient with what you buy. You can say goodbye to wasted money on items that just hang in your closet. It’s fun to pick out clothes that go together before you buy.
